ShipStore Tech tools are designed to be simple and low-maintenance. Most users never need support.

NEW Installation

Carrier Board Pro installs like any standard WordPress plugin:

1. Download the plugin ZIP file
2. Go to WordPress → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
3. Upload the ZIP and activate
4. Enter your license key (if applicable)

UPDATING a current (existing) Installation

IMPORTANT so you don’t lose current settings:

1. Download the plugin ZIP file
2. Go to WordPress → Plugins → Find “ShipStoreTech Carrier Board Pro”
3. DEACTIVATE the Plugins
4. Upload the new ZIP via Add New → Upload Plugin
5. You may see a WordPress alert or screen with text similar to “Destination folder already exists. YourSitePath/wp-content/plugins/shipstoretech-carrier-board-pro/. Look for the “Replace current with uploaded” button and click that.
6. On the next screen, click: “Activate Plugin”

Using the Plugin

Examples of inline boards, popups, store hours, and anchor links are shown on the
Carrier Board Pro product page.
